I went to the PA Farm Show a little while back. I hoped I’d find some totally awesome prize winning carrots to photograph and print and turn into stickers (eco friendly stickers with eco friendly sticky stuff) and stick on everything. I was totally disappointed. And almost cried. But then I remembered it’s January. No giant, totally awesome carrots in Pennsylvania’s January. Just little bendy ones on paper plates. In case you were wondering.

Here’s wishing the carrot project a very happy Chinese new year! May carrot project users, the environment, and producers join together in the “niu” year for an epic win-win-win.

Thanks dude. Looking forward to your first post up here. Maybe photograph some Cantonese carrots for chinabites and make us a metaphor of some kind?
