For the first time ever, Carl and I are in the same city at the same time. For the first time ever, we talked Carrot Project in three dimensions. And, for the first time ever, we had a meeting interrupted by the Hyatt Regency O’Hare’s participation in Earth Hour.

Amazing how much important territory you can cover in a hotel lobby in the dark.

And amazing how much louder generic background pop music sounds when the only thing you can see is the notepad you’re illuminating with your cell phone backlight.
